Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print partners. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique Christian items made just for you.

PO Boxes
Please provide a physical address at checkout, not a PO Box. Unfortunately, we simply can't guarantee delivery to PO Boxes due to the size of many of our items, and because we ship through UPS and Fedex. If we see a PO Box listed as your shipping address, we will try to reach out to you by email for a physical address. But we can't guarantee this, so if you use a PO Box it is at your own risk. 

Processing Time:
Orders typically take 2–3 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping. Shipping times vary based on location and time of year. See the estimates below.

International: 5–21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any delays with carriers.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on your location and order size. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Information:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Delays & Issues:
While we strive to deliver your items on time, occasional delays due to customs, high order volume, or carrier issues may occur. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
